FxPro samarbetar med flera större bankinstitut. Klientmedel hålls i banker som Barclays Bank PLC, Julius Baer och Royal Bank of Scotland. Interna gränser säkerställer en diversifiering av kundfonder mellan banker, medan kreditrisken övervakas regelbundet. Klientmedel behålls endast i jurisdiktioner där segregering av kundfonder stöds av den lokala juridiska ramen.
